These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cashify (cashify-ph.com, the "Website"). Please read them carefully. By visiting or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. What the Website is
The Website is an independent information and comparison publication about online lending in the Philippines. It contains articles, guides, comparison lists and tools such as a general loan calculator. We are not a lender. We do not lend money, broker loans, accept or process loan applications, make credit decisions or collect debts. We are not affiliated with any lender or lending app that we write about, including the Cashify lending app and its operator.
2. Information only, not advice
Everything on the Website is provided for general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to borrow from any lender. Your situation is unique. Before you make any financial decision, consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, speak to a qualified professional. Please also read our Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Website. By using it, you confirm that you can enter into these Terms.
4. Accuracy and changes
We work to keep our information accurate, as explained in our Editorial Policy. However, lenders change their products, fees, names and requirements, and regulators update their lists and rules. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, current or error-free. You should confirm important figures, such as fees, repayment amounts and registration details, with the lender and the official registers before you rely on them.
5. Tools and calculators
The Website may include tools, such as a calculator that estimates the interest and total repayment of an online loan. These tools are for illustration and planning. They use the numbers you enter and a simple formula, and they do not show the rates or fees of any particular lender unless we say so. The result is an estimate and not an offer, a quote or a binding calculation. The lender's own disclosure is the only authoritative statement of what you would owe.
6. Third-party links and services
The Website contains links to third-party websites and services, such as lenders, app stores, messaging apps and government sites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, products, accuracy, privacy practices or availability. A link is not an endorsement. Any dealings you have with a third party, including applying for a loan, are between you and that party and are subject to its own terms and policies. Read them before you proceed.
7. Lists and comparisons
Lists of lenders on the Website show options that readers often compare. Their order is not a recommendation or a guarantee of approval. Loan amounts, ages and other details shown for each lender are summaries and may differ from the lender's current terms. Approval, amounts and terms are decided by the lender.
8. User reports and external content
Our articles may describe what borrowers publicly report about lenders. These are user reports from third parties. We do not verify each one and we do not endorse them. We describe them to give context, not to make findings about any company.
9. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, layout, graphics, logos and the compilation of the material, belong to Cashify or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the source page. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell or create derivative works from the Website without our written permission. Names and logos of lenders and apps belong to their owners and appear for identification only.
10. Acceptable use
When you use the Website, you agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights,
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems,
- introduce malware, or interfere with the operation or security of the Website,
- use automated tools to copy or overload the Website,
- misrepresent your identity or use our name to mislead others, including to ask people for money or personal information, or
- submit false, abusive or unlawful content to us.
We may restrict or block access if we believe these Terms have been breached.
11. Email updates and messaging
If you subscribe to updates, you agree that we may send you messages related to the Website. You can unsubscribe at any time as explained in our Privacy Policy. If you use Telegram through our links, Telegram's own terms apply to that service.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cashify, its editors and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or from your reliance on its content. This includes direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of money, loss of data or loss of opportunity, and any loss arising from dealings with a lender or other third party that you found through the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Responsible borrowing
Borrowing costs money. Short-term loans can be expensive, and missing a payment can lead to additional charges and collection activity. Only borrow what you can afford to repay, compare total costs, read the agreement and keep records of your loan and payments.
15. Changes to the Website and to these Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may also update these Terms. The date on this page shows its current publication date. Your continued use of the Website after the Terms change means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the competent courts of the Philippines, unless the law provides otherwise.
