This Privacy Policy explains how Cashify (cashify-ph.com, "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, subscribe to updates or contact us. We are an independent information and comparison website. We are not a lender and we do not process loan applications, so we do not ask for loan application data. By using this website you agree to the practices described below.

Who is responsible for your information

Cashify is the operator of cashify-ph.com and is responsible for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at admin@cashify-ph.com. We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email address. If you subscribe to our update list, we collect the email address you enter. Our subscription form also records the website address from which you subscribed so that we can manage the list.
• Messages. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it and the content of your message.
• Telegram. Some buttons on our pages open Telegram. When you start a conversation with a Telegram bot, the interaction takes place on Telegram and is governed by Telegram's own terms and privacy notice. We may receive a short code that tells us which page you came from.

Information collected automatically

• Usage information. Like most websites, we use a web analytics service to understand how visitors use the site. This can include pages viewed, the time spent on a page, the referring page, approximate location (such as city or region), device type, browser type, screen size and language. We use analytics tags that rely on cookies or similar technologies.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for your ID, your bank or wallet details, your passwords or your one-time codes, and we do not collect information about loan applications you make with a lender. Please do not send us this information.

When you apply for a loan with a lender, the lender collects and uses your data under its own privacy policy, and we do not control it. How long we keep information

• Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Messages to us are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of corrections.
• Analytics data is kept for the period set in our analytics settings and is used in aggregated form.

We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it for the purposes above.

How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections to the website and access limits. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that is likely to affect you, we will act as required by Philippine law.

Our website is intended for adults. Borrowing from lending apps generally requires you to be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date shown at the top of the page is its current publication date. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as by updating this page. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
