We are not a lender
Cashify is an independent information and comparison website. We do not lend money, broker loans, take or process loan applications, make credit decisions or collect payments. We are not affiliated with any lender or lending app that we write about, including the Cashify lending app or its operator. If you apply for a loan, you do so directly with the lender, and the lender alone decides whether to approve you and on what terms.
Not financial, legal or professional advice
The content on the Website is for general information and education only. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and nothing on the Website is a recommendation or an offer to borrow, lend or buy any product. We do not know your circumstances and we cannot tell you whether a loan is right for you. Before making any decision that affects your money or your legal position, consider your own situation and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. If you face abusive collection or misuse of your data, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the National Privacy Commission are the official bodies to approach.
Accuracy and timeliness
We take care to research our articles and to cite our sources, as described in our Editorial Policy. Even so:
- Lenders change their fees, terms, requirements, names and contact details, sometimes without notice.
- Regulators update their lists and rules from time to time, and an entry on a list can be added or removed.
- Figures we quote, such as loan ranges, interest rates and fees, are those published by the lender or source at the time we checked. Your own offer may be different.
- A page can be out of date or contain errors despite our efforts.

Lenders shown on our pages are options that readers often compare. Their inclusion or order is not an endorsement, a ranking of quality or a statement that a lender is suitable for you. Details such as loan amounts and age limits are summaries and may change. Read each lender's own disclosure before you apply.
User reports and third-party information
Where we mention what borrowers say publicly, such as comments in forums, reviews or social media, we are reporting that people have said it. We have not verified each statement, and a report is not a finding that a lender or anyone else has done wrong. We also cannot verify information on third-party websites that we link to or cite.
Registration and legitimacy statements
When we say that a lender or app appears on an official list, we mean that it appeared on the version of the list we reviewed. Appearing on a list shows that the lender has been recorded by the regulator. It does not mean that the regulator endorses the lender, guarantees its conduct or assures you of any outcome. How to use our content responsibly
Use the Website as a starting point for your own research. Read the lender's disclosure in its own app, compare the total cost of more than one option, check registration on the official list and keep records of every offer, agreement and payment. If something in our content does not match what you see in a lender's app, trust the lender's current disclosure for your own loan and tell us about the difference so that we can look into it. Do not rely on any single page, including ours, as the only basis for a decision about your money.
Borrowing risk
Online loans, especially short-term ones, can be expensive. Fees and interest add to what you repay, late payment can lead to extra charges and collection activity, and borrowing from several apps at once can make repayment difficult. Borrow only what you can afford to repay, compare the total cost, read the agreement and keep your records.
